Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and creative account manager to handle relationships with our partner restaurants and support customer service. The role will include onboarding of new restaurants, ongoing support and some sales to new restaurant candidates.

The Candidate should be comfortable working without constant supervision and be able to identify and prioritize tasks, there will always be room to grow within the company for those willing to take on the responsibilities. The role requires a native Japanese speaker with good reading and writing capabilities in English.

Corporate Sales Representative/First Sales Hire/Future Head of Sales

Job Description

Following a successful financing round, we are making our first sales hire to expand our growing corporate business. We are looking for a sales representative with experience in B2B sales, particularly in the following industries: Food Delivery, Corporate Gifts, Food Tech, Software/SaaS, Airlines, or Tourism.

The Corporate Sales Representative will be responsible for cultivating existing corporate customers & relationships to increase order size and frequency, develop new clients based on leads provided by the marketing team, create leads through outreach, and ultimately craft a repeatable sales strategy that can be taught to future sales hires.

As FOOD-E’s first sales hire, this role opens a path to becoming the Head of Sales and develop a team.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record in corporate sales
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Native Japanese level and business English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • An interest in gourmet food
  • A desire to learn and grow with the company
